Pentax 67, SMC 45mm @f/16, Fuji Velvia RVP
About 4 months ago I saw an ad on craigslist for a whole bunch of expired film that had been frozen for the last ten years with a price of $2.50 a roll. I figured it was worth a gamble so I bought most of it. The main part of what I bought was 14 rolls of 120 Velvia RVP (the original Velvia before Velvia 50 came out). At more than 50% off the going rate for Velvia, I figured it was a steal. But what if it had gone bad after 10 years? Well after waiting for what seemed like forever, we had a nice bright sunny day so I loaded a roll in the 67 and went out to find some color to shoot and see if the film was still good. I was quite happy with the results.
Happy shooting,
